Hope this helps. I sent a letter of complaint to David Rushton the company director who agreed in writing to pay my full deposit back by October. They call you and ask you to chose an option via an automated audio. This will likely re-route your call to a premium number that they own. It is not a legitimate caller so do not answer it.

SCAM Automated message claiming to be from the Serious Crime Agency, saying that my National Insurance number was about to be suspended as it had been linked to a number of major crimes. Fairly sure that, even if that was even possible, the first I'd know about it would be a dawn raid rather than a robot giving me a friendly heads-up.
