Regarding insurance on my freezer and washing machine. When i said it was probably a scam as I have never had insurance on these items she hung up.

Probably a scam as nothing happened when call was answered
Somebody called me and told me is from Lloyds Bank and has an offert for a credit card. I think is scam because bank not call from ordinary mobile number.
