I spent some time trying to get to the root of their persistent calls. They were owned by RBS but were sold to private equity = no morals and must now be using cheap call lists. These muppets are regulated by the FCA (see their website) and complaints may be made to them as well as the ICO / TPS etc. as they take misbehaviour by financial sector businesses very seriously nowadays. Call my elderly father constantly about hearing despite never working in industry. When questioned the rude man hangs up and will try again in the hope my father answers. Ignores TPS. Avoid this scam company.

01039265060 This number just called but no reply, so I hung on and next the phone starting ringing and a female answered. But because I stayed silent, she hung up the call. Why would you get a call on your mobile phone, which when answered, starts ringing another number and they answer. Sorry I don't know who these people are, but I'm determined I'm immediately blocking this number
