would not say exactly why he was calling, would not leave a number, kept talking about charges on an investment but wouldn t elaborate. I m a PA and he did not like me challenging him for more info .. he just wanted to be put through to our managing partner. Referenced a call last week (which did not happen!!!).
Called wanting me to use their services to claim back fee s paid for use of bank account! Very rude man who ended up hanging up! Don t waste your time answering. If you have any issues with PPI or the newest account fee claim back contact your bank direct.
