Aparantly a Manchester number who phoned and left no message. On phoning back number permanently engaged. Probably cold-calling others.

This number rang me today claiming to be Citizens Advice Bureau stating that I had enquired about an IVA. Wanted to know details. Then hung up on me.

The caller did not know who she was trying to speak to and then rang off.
Called me & couldn t find owner on web search so called them back with my number hidden. Got recorded message saying I d been called by Morgan Cooper but no agent free to take call,asked me to leave message but I hung up & searched name on web. No company with this name registered in Manchester & on another reverse call site number 0161 8146833 appears to be the same caller.
