I believe this is genuinely M&S security but I had huge difficulty in understanding what was being said because of the very strong accent. After asking the person to repeat what they were saying several times I had to end the call. I have no problem with the person on the phone being Indian or any other nationality ( even Scottish or Welsh!) but whoever they are they should have clear diction that can be understood by the caller.
