SCAM “Microsoft technical” department trying to get me to log in due to “repeated error notifications” for hacks from my pc. Wanted me to go on to webpages and download something. I kept them on the phone for 2 mins before telling them I knew it was a scam and they hung up.
Exactly the same experience as previous posters. My BT broadband was to be disconnected to solve a virus and they needed me to turn on my computer. When I said I would call BT directly, this was the phone number the Asian voice gave.
