SCAM. This is a scam number, I received a call from this mobile number today purporting to be from my bank saying I had two large withdrawals one to Amazon and one to an overseas account and I should press 2 to speak to an operator about them or press 1 to cancel the payments straight away before the money left my account. I hung up and checked on line banking, no such withdrawals made so this is a scam.

Claimed they were talktalk & my broadband was slow & they would fix it by giving me thi gs to type into my pc then log in to my bank account to get ref number which they said would give me a compensation refund of £404. Told them I'm not going to log on while he was on the phone with me & controlling my pc. He didn't sound too happy when I said I'm not going to log in to my account he insisted it was to claim my money, I said no & he said goodbye & hung up.

If you find it impossible try 01313465906 - but depending on who you get to answer, the Edin ofice will either take your query or if you get one of the stroppy ones they ll just tell you you must keep trying Cumbernauld - and it s YOUR responsiblity (fault?) if you can t get through.
