Non stop calls since last Wednesday, sometimes three times a day. I don?t know anyone from Scotland and I?m not signed up to any sort of company in Scotland. SCAM Said they’re from carphone warehouse. Offered latest handset, unlimited calls & texts, incliding international plus 30gb internet for £40per month, said they would cancel my current contract for me transfer my number over and cover all cancellation fees. Got very aggressive/ insistent when I said I had sim only contract and intended to stay that way, suddenly offering the deal for £25 and demanding my card details immediately before I someone else took the offer instead.

Very fishy number. They called me but the person on the phone was a recorded message telling me to call them back. It also said if I disregarded the message I could face legal consequences. Surely, if it was that serious, a real person would be talking to me and not some recorded message. Based on the other review of that number, I won’t be called back.

At 8.20am I answered my land line thinking it must be important and was a local number. It was a automated message saying ‘thank you for your payment of £299 for anti virus, if any problems please call our free phone number’ The number I’m afraid I didn’t get and it didn’t say any company either. I’m sure this is a scam of some sort that they catch you when you call to complain so very much aimed at the trusting, naive or elderly.
Not really sure who this was but it was kinda creepy, I heard a demonic growl and then he hung up. I'm only going to class this as annoying as it could just be someone playing tricks on me, but as a believer of the paranormal I think this should be mentioned.

Constant telephone calls to my business number asking for a Miss Caroline Twitch. 14+ calls and counting so far since the start of 2016. Have blacklisted this number from the phone system. Continued requests to have my telephone number removed from their database have been ignored.
Just had a missed call from this number. I don't know what it was regarding.
This number is not recognised if trying to call back. Which is the sign of a scammer. They have called several times despite being told not to. They have now been reported to TPS , but I doubt anything will be done :(

REALLY HALIFAX. IGNORE THE PEOPLE SAYING THIS IS A SCAM THEY ARE 100% WRONG. Turns out my emergency credit card had a fraudulent payment on it. I’ve never used the card so Halifax must have leaked my details, which is highly worrying. I was suspicious so I called the number on the back of my bank card to be safe but yes this is 100% Halifax’s fraud number. If you don’t believe me then please, please, please call the number on the back of your card because there has been a fraudulent attempt made
