Calls are from a Company in Fife funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. They are investigating in such things as Council Tax fraud, they are trying to establish who is living at the address in question. Council tax fraud could be when a person claims to live in a single-person household when more than one person lives there, or they might claim to be a student when they are not.

Same story here. Been pestered for the last 6 weeks by numerous phone calls and emails demanding payment despite telling them 2 years ago I didn’t want to subscribe. Even tried blocking the phone number but they just then phone from a different number.
