Indian chap said he was carrying out a survey for ???? (illegible). Asked me to confirm that my telephone number was ******* (which was obviously correct as he'd just rung it!). Received a call from a gentleman with a welsh accent, he said they had dealt with me before regarding a ppi package bank account. The name he gave was McCann something or other. I said I don t think so as I have never heard of the company before. He said it was a long time ago. I said I think I would have remembered and besides I already have someone else dealing with this at the moment. He then went on to ask me about pensions, he said he had my name on their data base so I said well I have already had one

Seems to be some call centre connected with non-profit organizations, but as usually with call centers - new day they can work for someone else... People did someone answer it? Also similar number called me, must be some call centre.
Having previously had nuisance calls from similar numbers, I picked up the phone but I didn t speak. The caller remained silent and then hung up.
