This company is Courier Expert. They use an automated system to call couriers offering work. This wouldn't be a problem except that I have asked them twice to remove me from their database with no luck. So far today (as of 12:30) my phone has blocked 7 calls.
This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with Three Mobile, could be also calling in the name of another telco operator... Just a call centre.
