Sounded like an Asian who was dry rude when I asked him to stop pestering me someone should be able to prosecute them/him if anybody else made as many nussiance calls or was rude they would be charged with something yet whoever this is gets to carry on doing it and even keep the number surely the service provider has power to do do something and also able to see the number of calls being made

I received a call from this number with an automated message saying that my National Insurance Number was at risk of being stopped -- erk, ok(!) It then prompted me to press 1 to speak to someone from a "Security Agency" to resolve it -- yeah, I don't think so somehow! I just hung up after that and blocked the number.
