Silent call Kept ringing on my mobile but no name came up so I didn't answer as I didn't reconice the number. How can I find out more about this number who ever it was?

I've had a text saying it's from DWP reminding me they are coming tomorrow. I've had no letter they have said any problems to call 01495232613
I received one of these calls on my answer machine and phoned them back when I had checked google out. It does sound like a genuine Nat West survey and although I do not have an account with them some of my family do. I carried on to the first question and it wanted to know how long I was queuing on my last visit to Nat West. I then hung up as I don t know the answer. I believe this is probably because either my son or daughter has visited a branch recently.
