Totally insidious. Persuaded my father to download files that gave them remote access then got him to access his online bank account as "Microsoft" had accidently paid him 4000 GBP. Bullied him into trying to "pay it back" and eventually insisting he go to the Post Office to pay them back. After 2 hours Dad was utterly distressed and put the phone down. We had to cancel all his debit and credit cards, run a 4 hour PC clean up and called in the police.

Tried calling the no. on my landline and the no. was not recognized, called it again on my mobile and it got through (VERY SUSPICIOUS), when I got through they asked for my name and I just hanged up. My home utility bills are all not in my name and my mobile is giffgaff so truly I can't get in debt with these cases.
