This is not the first time I have been rung by this number but it is the first time I have answered. Rung up asking to speak to Ms Tucker, I name I have not been known by for nearly 5 years. I just said what is it regarding without answering or confirming who I was or now am, to which she went on to tell me it was about the accident I was involved in and the claim I made. At which point I told her that it was a load of rubbish and I m not Ms Tucker anyway. She then got angry and said I shouldn t be takin

Phoned to tell me that I would receive documents in the post in the next two days for my PPI claim. (Oh!) Then asked if I had taken out any credit cards or loans. I responded with "you phoned me and told me you are sending documents, so tell me which loan" to which I was thanked for wasting her time.
Sounds really bad, but a friend told me to swear at them profusely, then they say if you continue we will have to hang up... So far it's worked.
