Called our business number & hung-up as soon as we answered! Called us back again a while later & asked to speak to the Business Manager about electricity. Three phone calls from this number to my Virgin Media landline starting at 5.40 am to 5.55 am. t is not a text service number. There was no message. Just the zap noise coming out of my answer machine and waking everyone up on all three calls. It is now blocked.

Blocked this number, even registered with call preference service, still get 5 or 6 calls a week, damned nuisance!!
SCAM Accident scammer
after getting sick of the calls, I "registered my interest", ended up inviting the people round and found out who they were. They are http://www.greendealsolutions.net. The "local" sales guy had a wasted 100 mile round trip. Not a happy bunny. I have now been able to complain to the ICO
Just called my landline. Male indian type accent - Slow speaker, used some strange (not common english) phrases, poor to understand what he was talking about. Something to do with BT landline costs. Talking about half price (or free) for next few months. He knew my postcode and clearly my landline number. I hung up at that point. I suspect a scam of some sort - but did not want to invest further time on it. A nuisance call.
