Asked for my husband by name, when I asked who was calling he hung up. It was only when I checked on Tellows that I found other comments suggesting this number was untrustworthy. I have now blocked it.
Called, hung up immediately after I answered.

Be careful!!!... they have started to "get around" ... the telephone preference rules!... HOW? ...you ask. THEY ve started to phone MOBILE NUMBERS.... often using what looks like a Landline Number!!...BUT they only let it ring a few times .. so you don t get time to answer!...You may then do as I did..... go to your landline to ring em back...thinking it must be a call from hospital or similar....& guess what??? ...cos you have RANG them!... they are then out of the "cold calling" palava & are legitim
Caller stated Nottingham Energy Centre - had my name and address. A saving of ?500 by having an assessment -could have a personal visit at home tomorrow at 10.30am. Calls mobile often. Rang number from landline to test - recorded message/rings to connect to another phone then recorded message again, sounds very dodgy!!
