Some snotty nose kid just called asking for ummmmmmm Mr Blah Blah. This is pension performance. I then put the phone down. I only answered because I am awaiting a call from the hospital. I have seen this nimber call several times this week. Complete waste of time. Do not fall into their trap. They are after your hard earned pension fund.

Answered their survey but gave them total bullshit answers, which they duly wrote down. If we all did the same they would get a kicking from whoever pays them to carry out this work as the feedback would be garbage.
Well phoned me today, i didnt answer it, they left a short message sounds like a crowd in the back ground, seems like Northern Ireland number, i rang back got a continuous tone....
