Caller was extremely curt and abrupt from the outset. She straightaway asked if my husband was there and I asked who she was. She said she was from a mortgage company and when I asked if my husband had asked her to call she said I was being rude and she would phone him on his mobile! She then hung up on me! I rang my husband and he confirmed he has not approached any company for a review...as I thought!

Asian man calling himself Alex and offering free roof insulation survey. I knew right away this was a scam so I wound him up with a false address and conflicting postcode which he had to keep on checking and managed to waste 30 minutes of his time. THESE ARE CRIMINALS
