They text you claiming your Paypal account has been restricted, and ask you to click on a link. I almost did, until I realised I had not changed old mobile number on account, so Paypal could not text me.
SCAM - Suggests we missed their email about a reference. Invites to call them back on a premium 0871 number to discuss.

Claiming to be the Tps, very aggressive and when I hung up on them after arguing with them they called back 5 times

I don t answer these calls, because (a) I am not in the habit of answering calls from numbers I don t recognise and (b) it might be a phishing call from an auto-dialler. Answering confirms the number is in use.
