Hi, I have to cold calling as part of my own job, so I always try to be polite and normally politely decline when cold callers ring me and wish them a nice day. This cold caller however, was atrocious - insistent that I claim PPI, even though I had previously been persuaded by a company to claim (which I did), only to be told no PPI was ever charged and for me to have completely wasted my time.
