I have no idea who was calling as the womans Indian accent was so heavy, but it appeared to be about my internet. Indian + internet problems= scam. Hung up.

Called office wanting to talk to our IT-manager. Was vague and did not introduce herself. After asking, she informed me she was calling from Dell, but gave no further comment. Since we are an Apple-only business and she was vague, my spider senses tells me to block this caller.

claims to be from Hermes they missed the parcel delivery, not expecting anything and the reply web address doesn't look right

This was used by likely scammers claiming to be from Microsoft
They cant make unsolicited calls. Just ask for their MOJ number as you are going to report them to the Ministry of justice. after couple of times they stopped ringing.
