Scam via browser saying you have a trojan virus and to ring the number. Do not ring. Not a virus, just a scam to charge you to fix it. If you have Safari and it locks with the message, force quit it, and then restart it while holding down shift key to load Safari without opening previous browser windows.

Scam robotic call saying my internet was going to be cut off. Just hung up and then blocked this number. Do not believe the call it is a hoax. Just hang up or even better do not answer in the first place.

Answered the call to speak to someone who sounded as if they were in another country (the line connection was terrible, poor english speaker.) Pretending to be BT saying I had 'internet connection errors' - When I mentioned that we don't use BT he hung up.

my bill was also going up on a monthly basis so I checked my bills. I have been paying£18 per month to this number plus vat. for more than a year!!I have contacted my mobile service provider to get all premium rate numbers blocked. I have also contacted the company in question with regards to a refund. Fingers crossed

Blag rang it back several times can tell from the first message that comes up its a scam and when Ive rang back all sounds like members of the same family amp having rang the real Scottish power over several times for different reasons I know the actual Scottish power numberampvoicemail block this if it calls you its very high risk in my opinion
