I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. The above number sent me an sms that has a suspicious link with the message that my PayPal account has been suspended. In order to resolve the issue they were asking me to log onto my PayPal account through the link. I contacted PayPal they said they didn't send any text message and that my account wasn't suspended.
