Claimed to be from UK something but it was clearly an Indian call center as you can hear them all in the background. Strange how they say they are not selling anything but then won't let you speak at all so they can read thier script. So just hung up and cut him off and blocked the number.
Scam artists who'll lie that they're your energy provider, they're not just trying to move you onto their services anyway possible. This has been happening for years to me different number everytime and they'll agree with anything I say. Lately they've tried to be National Grid, they're desperate for my meter readings. I have checked it is not my supplier. They're a very coniving and devious organisation - whoever they may be.
Noisy an d scrambled line, recorded message, something about Western Union, and £400 charge to Amazon
SCAM. Automated message. claims to be Tax office threatening legal action if payments not made. Put phone down!
Fraud - male caller claimed to be from credit card company MBNA. He claimed that there were unsual transaction on my credit card this morning. He hung up immediately when I said that I had cancelled the card.
