Got a call from this number this morning saying they were from the Carphone Warehouse...... they rang off when I mentioned the number displayed did not appear to be a business number
A lady from Homespace Southampton called. Asked if I had a garden room or conservatory. I replied I m in a second floor flat and have neither. She then asked about my boiler. At this point I said the company couldn t help me and put the phone down. A minute later she was back on the phone saying she would only take on minute of my time and asked about my boiler again. I said I had storage heaters and was then asked if my boiler was over 8 years old. I got very angry and slammed the phone down.

Asian man, who I could barely understand called Shaun/Sean said he was from the Citizen s Advice- and wanted to help with my debt as they had a report about my debt! I asked twice who they were, thinking they may have set up a company with a similar name. He said ave you not heard of the citizens advice bureau I said of course- but I don t think a giv agency would cold call- or have time to look into individual cases and if they did, I m sure they would only focus on those in debt!! I asked where he go

Sales call about 11.45am - selling energy - just put phone down on them - probably some sort of scam
I answered but there was an initial silence so I hung up thinking it was a business multi call
Suspicious call with strange background noises - children playing? - telling me she was from BT investigating my internet connection having been hacked and wanting my details to fix it.
This number called me saying if I had certain benefits I could be entitled to a brand new boiler. Press 5 for more info and 9 to opt out. I tried pressing the 5 as I am on benefits and nothing but an automated voice saying "press 5 for information, press 9 to opt out" on repeat! So basically they tell you you may qualify yet you can neither ask for more information nor opt out altogether as it doesn t work. So annoying. Don t off people things when you can never speak to anyone.
