Apparently a company called "Roman Glass" in Cardiff.
this caller claimed to be from the tax office and if I didn't contact them straight away they would activate the arrest warrant they claimed they had for unpaid taxes ( I have no taxes outstanding to pay and have never been contacted by hmrc about any such thing.
