calling me about my internet service, immediate hung up when I said I didn't have one.

Scam for DPD. I’ve had messages from DPD before and they’d never write anything like ‘your parcel is being held at depot’, not to mention it isn’t even the UK site or even the site at all mentioned.

Must be targeting North Wales with no idea of where it is - Asian accent, obviously in busy call centre claiming to be phoning on behalf of Denbighshire County Council (I m in Conwy!)calling about my accident. I just put phone down.
SCAM Claiming to be Sky and that someone is using my internet via my router. Wanted to connect to my router to download something. Told him not with Sky and he said Sky are responsible for all the connections even if someone is with Virgin, EE, TalkTalk, blah blah blah.
Recorded message on my answerphone claiming illegal internet activity on my line activity. Said there was a Federal enquiry and giving me numbers to press on my keypad to connect to their executive. This almost certainly a scam that you would connect you to a premium line for long periods, and that would cost you a fortune.
