I got called by this number earlier today. In my case even though it was unsolicited, it was a welcomed call from Carphone Warehouse. I had an issue with their website and the resolved it for me.

Got a call from a local code, 01430 number 649061, who is this?? its obviously a marketing company but how are they using a local number??
