It is not worth (or possible) to return the call. It is an obvious spoofed number as no local number - after the 01989 would begin with a 0 .

SCAM trying to gain access to your computer
SCAM; text message asking to review (to click on) new payee at Lloyds bank. I don't bank with Lloyds.
they call, we answer, they hang up. EVERY DAY!
Caller stated he was from BT and wanted to discuss internet problems but could not tell me when I last used the internet and he than hung up, I have reported the number to BT as a spam call
