Claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse, stated they have some special offers on the latest iPhones and Samsungs, and then asked if I was an Apple user or Samsung user. As I'm not interested, I said I use a Nokia 3210, which just seemed to annoy him, and after repeating the same question four times he hung up. I don't believe it really was Carphone Warehouse, but don't know what this could be yet.

Call center A Human asked to speak to someone who does not live here (Mr Rustridge) - when I said "Who? must be a wrong number", cut off immediately without any "sorry" etc hence obviously a scam selling line

They phoned twice Fri 10/10/14. First call I answered but the line was dead i.e. Silent call. Second time I ignored in then 1471 said it was 01702 318818. Like "fed up" below when I rang it was a short message saying they were Independent Market Research then the call was cut off. Complained to FCO but they say there is nothing they can do at the moment.
This number rang me and hung up when I answered ,who was it?
