Called and kept trying to tell me that I had a PPI claim due for either a credit card, over draft, loan or mortgage from 2012. None of these apply to me at all but she wouldn?t have it! Very persistent and doesn?t let you even answer the questions before talking over your again.

Last night I received a call from this number and a man asked to speak to my husband. When I asked what it was about he said he was from Chase Alexander. I asked for more details and he hung up This morning he phoned again and again said he was from Chase Alexander and wanted to speak to my husband. When I asked him what he was calling about he said it was in regard to an accident. I informed him my husband had not had an accident could he be more specific. He said he was ringing about the cover on the washing machine at (gave my address), he said it had expired and he just wanted to check if the machine was still in good working order.
