Fraud. Recorded announcement says they are calling from bt and my account is being terminated because of irregularities. I don't have a live account with bt. I chose not to press 1 to speak to their investigators.

Fraud claimed to be Amazon fraud team saying that a mobile phone had been purchased from my account. Checked the app and no such transactions so challenged her and she hung up.
