phoned me today and nobody spoke . so I put phone down. could they be charging me for answering my phone as ive had 4 different numbers do the same in space off 3 days ?

Rang twice when i wasn't available, but calling it back does not go through
rings every day but never speaks, talking in backgroudn then phone goes silent
