When asked for third time, who was calling, said "I don t think I tell you that" and hung up!

Caller said they are 02 and giving a 30% discount on my tariff. 02 calls always end in 02 so I knew it was spam and hung up.
Another Silent call. I am sure is it a scam. I hung up and blocked the number with 1572.
