SCAM. This is a scam. The caller claims to be identifying tenants of problem landlords who are not maintaining the property. They will take enforcement action against the landlord and recover their costs from the landlord. This came up on the phone display as a name/number in my contacts list. Then an Indian voice spoke and told me I was a valued customer and drivelled on in broken dialogue. I put phone down on him. 1471 told me it was this number and the call has appeared in my WhatApp.

Fraud SPAM: We’ve been speaking to BT about this and they confirmed the call was indeed a scam. Call center Pestering to run your Website for you, persistent ringing every other day, rings on different numbers after blocking this one
Call today supposed to be from BT telling me my IP address was public and hey would make it private. 2 men in what sounded like a room full of people spoke to me. I sked where the were calling from and they gave me an actual BT address in London. I asked the guy if he was Indian and yes he was. I told him the 1st person I spoke with was India too. I asked him if this was a scam. I then heard someone say drop the connection. So looks like a scam to me.

They sent me a text message to contact them about my account. Hasn't answered or reacted yet.
In text message that claimed to be from Santander, was certainly was not. Probably a scam.
Call center Keeps calling me about housing repairs, I've blocked the number and they just use another number. Sick of it, there needs to be a way of reporting this and getting something done.
