This number called while I was out today. I rang it back later and got a message that it could not accept calls. My caller display indicated that it was an "international" number. Because it was clearly not from Liverpool, I set my call blocker against it. I note that it has subsequently rung again. My blocker rejected it.

When i asked if she was calling from a government department she hung up and number is permanently engaged when I tried to call and complain. Block.
