I got a call from this number today. Tried to ring it back could not.
Called several times during yesterday, as on Night shift I had a very disrupted sleep. They started again today, Claim to be Security HUB UK and are calling everone in @?@$$?^%$ to make them aware of security, they would not say how they got hold of Phone number/ names So much for freedom of information. They rang me today and claimed to be from Virgin media and offered me 5 lottery tickets if I did a survey with them. I had agreed and they asked me to confirm my date of birth and I refused. I asked him to tell me what he had on his file since he had asked me if my phone number and email adress was correct. He then said I would not get the free tickets if I did not say my date of birth and asked of I could still continue with the survey. Answered and heard middle of a one sided conversation with some Liverpudlian! Obviously a nuisance caller! Just block!
This number is used by an Oven-Cleaning service - I tried to use them a couple of years ago but they would never come when I wanted them to. After getting my money back from the bank I told them that I did not want their services any more. Since then I have received literally hundreds of calls, all saying that they would like to confirm a time and date for their visit - I have asked them to stop but they are relentless. I have also blocked various numbers, at least 20 but they still call.
