Just received a call from this number but on answering all I got was the continuous disconnected/unobtainable sound. Having seen comments on this site the number is obviously from some sort of call centre so I have now blocked the number using my BT call p

A TPS scam. Give you a load of blurb about email, SMS and mobile phone... and then say they re going to do a survey, "Is it OK to continue?" IF you agree (JUST DON T) you re giving yourself a world of pain since you re giving them permission to call, text and email you until the cows are turned into beef patties.
