SCAM / SPAM Caller said her name was Carly from Secure Your Home, and she was offering a lower rate for water and drainage cover. She put me through to "admin", where the person who answered said she was from National Home Group, but put the phone down when I asked further questions. I looked up National Home Group who have a website, an address in Bournemouth and an 0800 phone number. Someone sent a msg to me from this number, saying they were one of my kids, and called me mum.
There was the usual crackling when I responded to this call. Then a male voice said he was from B.T. technical department, and continued with the usual rubbish about a problem having developed, which I told him to repeat as I could not understand.
