07979532983 called 10May23 at t1:21hrs left msg on ansa machine same recorded message as was received ON 05/05/2023: 020704859199 called 5 May 23 at 14:40hrs, recorded message.... along the lines... "Two debits to your ???? account, one £300 from Amazon, the other from an overseas authority... both look suspicious, press 1 to approve payment, or 2 to talk to us". I have hsd this message on answer phone several times over the last couple of months. It says someone has tryed to take £300 out of my amazon account and transfer £1,200 to another country and wants me to contact them. I check my account and no money has gone. They are conmen looking to get my bank detailes.

SCAM The caller was a recorded message suggesting they were from a Londoon Magistrate and stated that if I choose to ignore this information then my National Insurance number will be blocked and stop working. After another threat they told me to press 1 to speak to the officer in charge of the case. At which point I hung up.

Fraud SCAM referred to a non-existing Amazon purchase for £400 and then stated that a new purchase for £959 may be fraudulent and to follow their instructions. Checked there was no purchase showing fro £959 and furthermore the caller ID not say which bank was involved!!

Scam call saying my visa card (I don't have one!) had been used and they are the Security anti fraud department. This type of scam asks you to press a button and then they will go on to ask you to prove you have the card by giving them info from it.

This is a some sort of prank number. They do not speak then drop the call. Please arrest them and bring them to the nearest police station for questioning.

Text pretending to be o2 saying my payment to o2 was invalid and to log into attached website to change payment. Checked my bank and payment was going through normally, didn’t log onto website obviously!

I was called from 01733385646 and because I come from Peterborough I answered it. It was an automated voice stating that there had been a number of charges made against a card, going on to say that one was for Amazon. They were so obviously not from any bank as they did not say which bank, card, etc., Therefore I just put the phone down. When I tried to call the number back it went dead as if not recognised. Thus I conclude that this could be a scam!

Got a text message from this number at 18:30 on 24th Dec saying they’d tried delivering a parcel and gave https post office address to reschedule. Message deleted as knew was a scam .
