He asks personal questions but does not reply to any questions you might have in relation to his call. He cannot tell you the name of the person he expects to speak with. SCAM - It was a recorded message saying they were HMRC and that they had found fraudulent activity on my account and if i didn't press 1 HMRC would process a warrant for my arrest and i would be arrested shortly! I hung up at this point, so not sure if anything else was said.
