Another silent call - most likely an auto dialer system
They called my boyfriend and after answering an IVR said that he is being investigated for tax evasion and an arrest warrant was issued. Later it connected to someone with a strong eastern accent. After asking what kind of taxes exactly is this about, the person didn't answer and disconnected.
SCAM ! Recorded message. Woman claiming payment of £600 ti foreign bank - dial 1 to check etc.!

this number makes obscene calls to women, called me twice ! and is extremely vulgar ! doesnt seem to care what comes out of his mouth, what happens if a child were to answer ? wanted to collate something online in case this happens to anybody else
