After I terminated my contract now calls me constantly to this apparent recovery number. So they do not get me back.

Do yourself a favour, block this number. They try to get access to your pension (if you have one) and scam money out of you. What ever you do, do not deal with these people. Look online, its a well known scam company!

I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! Tried to say I'd asked for a life insurance quote, I havent. When I asked for my details to be removed from the database he hung up. Very rude man.

Asked for me by my first name which I challenged as he did not know me and he went on to say it was a follow up call regarding an accident I d had in the last three years. Have blocked the call. This is the second call like this from a local number...I m guessing this is a new tactic.

Type of call: Attempted Fraud! Lady called Carol with a strong Indian accent pretending to be from Microsoft and trying to gain remote access to my PC. Definitely not Microsoft, definitely not calling from the UK, and definitely a scam.

This number called me telling me about an over payment I d made on a loan prior to 2009. When I asked for more details as to whom the company was I d overpaid, the man laughed and I dunno it was before 2009 . I then said I have no idea and the phone was hung up.

They ring it when you ve placed an order in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact, their sole purpose is to sell you their costly insurance cover for the items you ve bought. No new information re delivery details is provided, they just repeat your order details. These are unsolicited scripted insurance sales calls and as such a form of harassment. They don t leave a message when they ring so that you ring back and incur the cost of the call. Very shoddy behaviour.
