This Asian sounding woman said she was calling me from Sky about my internet. I knew it wasn’t Sky as they are from Scotland. I said I could hardly hear her, she asked me what I didn’t understand. I said I didn’t understand why she said she was from Sky when was clearly a scammer, she called me a barstad before hanging up.

Looks like a scam. Do not give bank details. Suggests a refund from Jelf.
It's a PPI Claim service making cold calls.

Called for 2 seconds and hung up before I could answer. Called again after 3 minutes and hung up again before I answered. Guess its some scam...
Recorded message claiming to be from the National Crime Agency telling of a suspended NI Number. nNOT how the NCA works, clearly phishing/fraud. nJust block it
