Ordered an O2 SIM card yesterday, received a phone call out of the blue today - purportedly from O2 - offering a "free" upgrade to a SIM deal I hadn't asked for. Man on the other end of the phone was friendly at first; when I started querying certain things he became surprisingly hostile. Saying I was wasting his time with my questions, even though I hadn't asked O2 to call me in the first place! I thought it was a scam call, yet he knew all the details of my SIM order as well as the year

This number rang me twice today informing me that they were BT and were going to cut off my phone line and computer line. I consider this number a SCAM; an illegal cold calling.
