Called my mobile and asked for me by name. Caller gave his name as Ross and said he had been given my details about a potential PPI mis-selling claim I may have. He took some persuading that I did not have any claims (I am a solicitor who advises on consumer law and so should know!). In short, the call was from the type of pesky claims management company that gives solicitors a bad name.
