SCAM Caller claimed to be a credit investigation agency , but could not provide more than my first name only , when challenged they ended the call On a google search the number came up as being Manchester Council and not a collection agency of any kind !

Scam. They insisted I had asked for help with services and sent me an email to prove it. Email is blank apart from the only thing there - a button that says "Previous messages". I had no dealings with the caller previously and I know I haven't sent any emails. So it is clear that link goes to and does something fishy!!!
