Asian man called asking for me by name, I gave had experience of these calls so hung up, since then they have called about five times a day and are silent when answered, or else they just hang up.

They rang15:03 and claimed to be from Talk-Talk. I asked them where they were calling from and was told Liverpool. I said that I thought they were calling from Bermuda and they hung-up. This number relates to Buckingham - miles from Liverpool.
